A few words for Mersin:

The first time i have visited Mersin was 4 years ago. Mersin appeared surprisingly different and bright. I cannot forget walking around the local vegetable and fish market, the small shops with dozens of spices and colours, and the seaside that is the stronger part of the scenery. I pleasantly recall different people walking around, either local or from other countries of the East. But most of all, sinceplaces are made by humans, i cannot forget all the people i met there. I wish you all best of luck. Mersin is definitelly a place everyone must see !!!

Mersin is a truly genuine and unspoilt Turkish city where visitors are welcomed and friendships flourish. Beautiful people who are proud of their home town, beautiful beaches, beautiful food - friendships are cherished among Mersinians and business is booming. There are some fantastic times to be had. I'll visit again... one day!

Since August 1999, I had the opportunity to travel about 50 times to Mersin and I spent about 52 weeks in this region.During all this time I have analyzed the economical potential of the Mersin area.I learned also to appreciate the contact to the population of the region, from Tarsus to Anamur. I have got during these 10 years contacts to Nice open-minded people,interesting business opportunities, a partnership with efficient teams at the Chamber of Trade and Industry (MTSO), some week ends in wonderful landscapes and nature resources, the taste of great gastronomy and over all some real friends. What could I expect more from my past and future visits to Mersin ?

The heat from Mersin, not only comes from the sun, but from the friendly and welcoming character of people who lives in. My best desires for those wonderful city and people

The main things I associate with my stay in Mersin are its friendly people and delicious food. I got to meet and know many people in Mersin and had many special times with them, lots of which involved food!
